1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Clearance and sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.


2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for items returned in eligible condition.

  • If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
